The project's founder, Ndinga Joel Rony, of Congolese and Russian nationality, is the result of successful Russian-African relations. His aim is to promote African culture and be a pillar of transnational cultural promotion. Our mission is to develop unique and enriching cultural events that inspire, unite and educate the peoples of Africa and the Russian Federation, and strengthen the economic and cultural ties between the two regions.
